Rapeseed Oil

Believed to be introduced by the Romans, this dense and honey-scented flower was was first recorded in English at the end of the 14th century.

Also known as brassica campestris, rapeseed is part of the brassica family (it’s name is derived from the latin word for ‘turnip’) and has been cultivated since ancient times.

It’s light, clean feel makes it a perfect base oil and it is ten times higher in Omega 3 than olive oil. It is rich in Vitamin E and K, with superb anti-oxidant properties and is excellent for dry skin.
